GAPP APPROVAL PROCCESS
Meet with PHG to sign consent paperwork and gather other required documentation.
PHG reviews and submits paperwork to GAPP Decision may take up to 30 days.
PHG receives determination of hours from GAPP.
A PHG representative contacts you to discuss scheduling and the start of care.
